Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number/confirmation via email you have provided on your order. Our shipping time is typically between 3-5 business days. Every effort will be made to ship your fragrance in a timely manner. If there are any unforeseen delay issues you will be notified immediately via email and or phone to discuss a mutual resolution. We only ship within the United States.
We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay with Sezzle. ( buy now pay later option you sign up for)
You will receive an order number and/or tracking number immediately after your order is shipped, sent via email. If you do not receive your tracking number please email@[email protected].

Yes, at this time due to strict shipping regulations.
We regret to inform our customers due to the potential impact of Covid-19 we do not allow returns. Unless you are not completely satisfied and your purchase has not been been opened, tampered with, or damaged. You may return it within 7 business days by filling out the contact form and a mailing address will be provided to return your purchase. Once it is received all requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days and if it meets all qualifications credit will be granted ( minus shipping costs). Please be sure you have selected the right fragrance. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost for their return. All shipping cost are non refundable.
In the event you do not receive your order, we will confirm delivery to the address you provided on your order, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information to launch an investigation and or claim.
Please Note: Scents for Less by Brande by Brande is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. We encourage you to double check your address and or apartment number to avoid lost packages. We want you to enjoy your fragrances as soon as they arrive!
Keep the bottle closed after use. Store your fragrance in a dark and dry place. Store on a low shelf to prevent spills or injuries.
