Let’s face it! We are in a time where more people have moved away from some basic fundamentals of customer service.
Social media platforms have allowed us to post and sell items with really no human interaction. For some that’s a good thing because of the lack of soft skills. There are hard skills which are specific abilities that can be measured.
For example, a law or doctoral degree will allow you to apply for a higher-paying job. It looks really good on your resume too.
However, what happens when you are called in for an interview ???
Will that piece of paper talk for you? How you show up at that interview can break or seal the deal.
Soft skills can take you much farther.
