Thank you for shopping with Scents for Less by Brande.  We regret to inform our customers that due to Covid 19- which is a highly contagious virus we are refraining from accepting returns and exchanges on any open purchases at this time. 

We value our customers health and safety and  want to ensure that our products are free from any exposure. If you have additional questions or concerns please feel free to email us at [email protected] or click the link CONTACT and submit your information.

If you are not completely satisfied and your purchase has not been  opened, tampered with or damaged you may return it within 7 business days. Enter your information on the contact form and a mailing address will be given to return your purchase.  Once received it will be reviewed and  within 1-3 business days if it meets all qualifications credit  will be given(minus shipping cost).

Once your order is received it is shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days.  Every effort will be made to ship your product to you in a safe and timely manner. 

All shipping cost are non-refundable. 

All  returned or lost packages will be charged a reshipping fee. 

Lost packages and or packages that say delivered by the carrier(UPS or USPS) and are not received a claim must be filed(by the customer) unless otherwise stated. Scents for Less is not responsible for theft or vandalism once package has been received by the courier service.

 No refunds are granted- once return is received and  reviewed you will be contacted and informed of  credit that will be given  towards your  next purchase.
